However, in the event that you have ordered an item that we no longer have left in stock, we will email you within 48 hours working days and refund your money in full.

Online Gift Certificates are available on the website and contain a unique identification code. These certificates are only available for use via our website. To purchase an online gift certificate please contact us.
Pre Orders
Pre Orders are available on this website as a opportunity to place an order on an item that is not yet available for physical purchase. These Pre Orders are sometimes offered months in advance, giving customers the opportunity to reserve sizes and styles. On the website we have listed estimated times of delivery. This may change depending on the suppliers and the manufacturers, and we will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Please note any delays or cancellations are out of our control. In the event that a pre order style gets cancelled we will contact you as soon as possible and either refund, exchange or provide you with a credit note which is your decision. At any stage if you wish to enquire about an item/s you have on pre order, please contact us and quote your All About Fashion invoice number.
Special Orders
Special Orders can be arranged for item/s All About Fashion does not carry in stock. If you find a style from a brand on All About Fashion (that is not available to buy on the website) please contact us with your request. If we can find the style that you are looking for you will be able to order via email or phone. Please note your order will not be delivered until you pay for the item/s in full amount up front. Please note there will be no refunds, exchanges or credits available on special orders.

All About Fashion endeavour's to ensure our website is secure as possible and protect our customers privacy. In the event we notice information missing or not matching in the order/payment you will under go a security check from an All About Fashion staff member. Please note your order will not be shipped until we resolve the issue. We will contact you via email or phone with in 24 hours from the time the order was placed and you will have 24 hours to respond to this request. All About Fashion may also request photo identification on orders that appear to have information missing.
