We endeavour to keep our website as up to date as possible with items we currently have in our store as our website is updated daily. However, in the event that you have ordered an item that we no longer have left in stock, we will email you within 3 working days and refund your money in full.
Payment Options - Online
Online payments can be made by Visa card or MasterCard via our online payment gateway. The payment gateway is a secure payment option utilising the latest Westpac Web Advantage 3D secure payment system. The system uses 128 bit SSL encryption to protect information and complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Orders and payments can also be placed via phone. Orders that are placed by 4pm will be shipped on the same day, provided the item is in stock. If items are no longer in stock, or may be back ordered, we will notify you within one working day. A conformation email will be sent to you once your goods have been shipped. If you require your goods urgently please select the express postage option for overnight delivery in selected areas. If you would like to check that your post code is relevant for overnight delivery. Please contact us.
Online Gift Certificates are available on the website and contain a unique identification code. These certificates are only available for use via our website.
Postage Costs
Australia
If you are located in Australia you can select from the following 3 postage options. Regular Post - $8, Express Post - $10 or Registered Post - $12.50. All goods are shipped via Australia Post.
New Zealand
If you are located in New Zealand you can select from the following 2 postage options. International Registered Post - $22.00 or International Express Post - $30.00. All goods are shipped via International Air Mail and both options are traceable.
World Wide
For all other countries there are 2 postage options International Registered Post - $38.00 or International Express Post - $60.00. All goods are shipped via International Air Mail and both options are traceable.
For all international customers please note that all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur.

Exchanges and Returns
Should you not be happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase. Please refer to further details below. Please note exchanges, credits and/or returns are only available for orders shipped with in Australia. If you are outisde Australia there will be no exchanges, credits and/or refunds given for you at this stage.
In order to exchange your purchase, we request that within 7 days of receiving your goods, you email us your contact details, the All About Fashion invoice number and the item code for what you would like to exchange to and then securely send the goods to us with all original packaging in an Australia Post Pre Paid Express Satchel. Please hold on to the tracking code until we have notified you of receiving the goods. We will then send you the new item/s. All postage costs will be at your own expense.
We also offer a credit system that enables you to return the goods and have an online credit that can be used on our website only within 6 months. To receive an online credit, within 7 days of receiving the goods, email us your contact details, the All About Fashion invoice number and then securely send the goods to us (at your own expense) with all original packaging. We will email your credit note details once we have received the goods.
Refunds are also available; to receive a refund, you will need to email us within 7days of receiving the goods, with your contact details, the All About Fashion invoice number and then securely send the goods to us with all original packaging in an Australia Post Pre Paid Express Satchel. Please hold on to the tracking code until we have notified you of receiving the goods.We will then refund you the amount for the goods less postage and handling charge of $15 (per parcel) to cover some of our costs.
All returns (ie. regardless of exchange, credit or refund) must be in new condition, contain all tags, swing tickets and with original packaging. We strongly recommend using bubble wrap and registering the parcel when sending, as All About Fashion accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return to us.
Please note that we do not offer exchange, credit or refund on jewellery, underwear or sale items.
Pre Orders
Pre Orders are available on this website as a opportunity to place an order on an item that is not yet available for physical purchase. These Pre Orders are sometimes offered months in advance, giving customers the opportunity to reserve sizes and styles. On the website we have listed estimated times of delivery. This may change depending on the suppliers and the manufacturers, and we will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Please note any delays or cancellations are out of our control. In the event that a pre order style gets cancelled we will contact you as soon as possible and either refund, exchange or provide you with a credit note. At any stage if you wish to enquire about an item/s you have on pre order, please contact us and quote your All About Fashion invoice number.
