Exchanges and Returns
Should you not be happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund all full priced items. Please note there are no refunds available on SALE items (items which are discounted; no longer full priced), however we will gladly exchange sale items for equal or more value of orginal purchase. Please refer to further details below. Please note exchanges, refunds and/or returns are only available for orders shipped with in Australia. If you are outside Australia there will be no exchanges, and/or refunds given for you at this stage.
In order to exchange your purchase, we request that within 7 days of receiving your goods, you submit a returns form, requesting an exchange and advise of item code/size/colour for what you would like to exchange for (must be of equal or higher value of original purchase amount if a SALE item) and then securely send the goods to us with all original packaging in an Australia Post Pre Paid Express Satchel (at your own expense). You have 7 days from the date of the original returns form submit for All About Fashion to receive the parcel/s. If there are any issues with delivery of your return parcel/s by Australia Post you must notify us. If All About Fashion does not receive your return parcel/s in the specified time listed above, All About Fashion has the right to refuse delivery of parcel/s. Please hold on to the tracking code until we have notified you of receiving the goods. We will then send you the new item/s free of charge.
Refunds are also available; to receive a refund, you will need to submit a returns form, requesting a refund, and then securely send the goods to us with all original packaging in an Australia Post Pre Paid Express Satchel (at your own expense). You have 7 days from the date of the original returns form submit for All About Fashion to receive the parcel/s. If there are any issues with delivery of your return parcel/s by Australia Post you must notify us. If All About Fashion does not receive your return parcel/s in the specified time listed above, All About Fashion has the right to refuse a refund request and issue you with an online credit. If the parcel is received in a unreasonable amount of time, All About Fashion has the right to refuse delivery of your parcel/s. Please hold on to the tracking code until we have notified you of receiving the goods. All About Fashion will refund the full purchase amount (excluding postage costs $10 were applicable) if the returns department is satisfied with the return condition. All returns (ie. regardless of exchange, credit or refund) must be in new condition, contain all tags, swing tickets and with original packaging.
Please note All About Fashion is not responsibile or liable for goods/packages that are damaged or lost in transit by Australian Air Express or any other partnering courier. This is relevant for all Australian and International orders placed on the All About Fashion website.
For all international customers please note that all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur.
